2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use 88AIBet. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before participating. We reserve the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.
3. Account and Wallet
Access to 88AIBet is provided via wallet connection or supported account login. You are responsible for securing your credentials, private keys, and wallet access. Any activity conducted through your account or connected wallet is your responsibility.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Launch deposits are processed through supported third-party payment providers such as NOWPayments and Bit2Go and credited after provider confirmation. Direct wallet transfer on TRON, BSC, and Solana is Coming Soon while the multi-chain flow is being redesigned. Withdrawals may be processed in supported USDT or AIX token rails. A 24-hour cooldown applies to withdrawals following your first deposit. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though network gas fees apply.
5. Gaming Rules
Each game has specific rules detailed on its respective game page. All bets are final once placed and cannot be reversed. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed in-game. House edge varies by game and is published on the Fairness page.
6. Provably Fair
88AIBet uses a provably fair commit-reveal scheme for all games. Server seeds are committed via SHA-256 hash before each round and revealed afterwards so players can independently verify results. Manipulation of game outcomes is cryptographically impossible.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other illegal activity. Automated bots or scripts are prohibited without explicit written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in prohibited activities and to withhold associated balances pending investigation.
8. Limitation of Liability
88AIBet is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from gambling activity, network failures, smart contract bugs, or events beyond our control. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
